Attorneys Dana Wachs, Beverly Wickstrom and Robert Gingras recently resolved a truck accident case in the Federal District Court of Western Wisconsin for 4.9 million dollars. In this case several members of a family were injured due to the negligence of a truck driver and his employer. The truck involved was improperly maintained and the truck driver was suspected of driving while under the influence of an intoxicant at the time of this crash.
