Personal Injury Attorney
Summary
We are searching for an experienced, motivated Personal Injury Attorney who loves the challenge of litigation, representing plaintiffs, and has an eye for the details. This position is full-time and based in our Eau Claire location.
Description
The attorney will assume and be able to manage a caseload of various personal injury clients. Must have experience in handling all aspects of the litigation process; from the initial client consultation through trial. The successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills and should be confident in their ability to represent clients before the court. The ideal candidate for this position cares about their clients, is aggressive with a can-do attitude, has excellent negotiation skills and is committed to helping us meet our clients’ needs.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin required, State of Minnesota preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a personal injury practice
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, and some experience with practice management systems
- Ability to connect with and go the extra mile with clients
- Strong legal writing and research skills
