About Attorney

I grew up in southeastern South Dakota and began my undergraduate studies as a music major playing alto saxophone at the University of South Dakota. I ultimately graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Knowing that I wanted to continue my education beyond my undergraduate studies, I went on to attend law school at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

After earning my law degree in 2004, I spent the first 18 years of my career practicing primarily as a criminal defense attorney. In 2022, I joined Gingras, Thomsen & Wachs and transitioned to exclusively representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. It quickly became clear that this is where my passion for practicing law truly lies.

My goal as an attorney is to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Representing individuals who have been injured allows me the honor of helping them pursue the justice they deserve. I am passionate about advocating for my clients and grateful to work alongside a talented team that is dedicated to achieving meaningful results for the people we represent.
