Fee Structure
Contingent Fee Basis
Gingras, Thomsen & Wachs handles most cases on a contingent fee basis, which means that the client does not pay our firm a fee for our attorneys’ time and work unless we collect for him or her. If there is a recovery for the client under a contingent fee arrangement, our attorneys are then paid a previously agreed upon percentage for their work.
Hourly Rate Basis
